Predominantly restrictive procedures primarily reduces stomach size. It further includes:
1. Vertical Banded Gastroplasty

2. Adjustable Gastric Band
A laparoscopic adjustable gastric band is a restrictive device implanted via bariatric surgery and designed for obese patients with a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or greater—or between 35–40 in cases of patients (see more on Adjustable Gastric Band)
3. Sleeve Gastrectomy
Sleeve gastrectomy is a surgical weight-loss procedure in which the stomach is reduced to about 15% of its original size, by surgical removal of a large portion of the stomach, following the major curve. The open edges (see more on Sleeve Gastrectomy)
