Many people find it difficult to lose weight and manage it. They try everything to look good by losing weight, but they can't. Weight Loss Management deals with the right strategies that you can follow to lose weight and manage it. You can do so by eating correctly and doing more regular exercise as possible. This way you can burn more calories than you eat which is the main aim of weight loss- "Doing more and getting less". At the same time if you want to manage your weight after losing weight, you should burn equal amount of calories that you consume through your food. This might sound difficult. But with the correct diet (see more on Weight Loss Diet) and consistent exercise you can do so. Here are some of the few steps that you can follow to manage your weight:
2. Doing more and more exercise on a regular basis (see more on Weight Loss Exercise)
3. Drinking plenty of water in a day (see more on Water Weight Loss)
4. Eating fruits and vegetables (see more on Fruits and Vegetables) and specially foods with high fiber content. (see more on Fiber Weight Loss)
5. Avoid smoking (see more on Smoking and Weight Loss)
Simply follow these steps, and still if you find it hard then it would be better to ask your dietician or health care team.
Now there is one more thing that I have to tell you - "Losing weight might be difficult than gaining weight but this doesn't mean that weight loss (see more on Weight Loss) has to be a struggle."

Kirsten Louise "Kirstie Alley" has been in the news for a while with her weight loss and gain thing. If you are not familiar with the name, then you should be familiar with "Rebecca Howe" from the award winning comedy series "Cheers" (1982-1993) or you might remeber her in the less popular show "Veronica's Closet" in the late 90's. She's engaged in other stuffs too.
Kirstie Alley Before After Weight Loss
At some point in her career, she gained a bunch of weight. In 2005, her weight increased to over 200 lb (91 kg). Now at this time what one would do? Just exercise, crash diets, regular workouts and so on. Normally, when a famous actress gains a couple of pounds, then she is not the girl that finds the Guys anymore, rather she's an Aunt or something like that oldie and ugly roles in the film.

Wanna be fit? Exercise 7 mins a week!
According to some British Researchers, rigorous workouts lasting as little as three minutes may help prevent diabetes by helping control blood sugar. The findings published in the journal "Biomed Central Endocrine Disorders" suggest that people unable to meet government guidelines calling for moderate to vigorous exercise several hours per week can still benefit from exercise.
"This is such a brief amount of exercise you can do it without breaking a sweat," said James Timmons, an exercise biologist at Heriot-Watt University in Edanburgh, who led the study. "You can make just as big as an effect doing this as you can by doing hours and hours of endurance training each week."
Type 2 diabetes, which affects an estimated 246 million adults worldwide and accounts for 6 percent of all global deaths, is a condition in which the body gradually loses the ability to use insulin properly to convert food to energy.
Very strict diet and vigorous, regular and sustained exercise can reverse type 2 diabetes, but this can be difficult for many people. The condition is closely linked to inactivity.
Timmons and his team showed that just seven minutes of exercise each week helped a group of 16 men in their early twenties control their insulin.
The volunteers, who were relatively out of shape but otherwise healthy, rode an exercise bike four times daily in 30 second spurts two days a week. After two weeks, the young men had a 23 percent improvement in how effectively their body used insulin to clear glucose, or blood sugar, from the blood stream. Timmons said "The effect appears to last up to 10 days after the last round of exercise."
In a telephone interview, Timmons also said that "The simple idea is if you are doing tense muscle contractions during prints or exercise on a bike you really enhance insulin's ability to clear glucose out of the bloodstream". The findings highlight a way for people who do not have time to work out a few hours each week as recommended to improve their health.

Birth Weight is the weight of a baby at the time of its birth. It is directly linked with the gestational period at which the child was born. It is generally calculated after the birth but it can be also estimated during the pregnancy by measuring fundal height (a measure of the size of the uterus used to assess fetal growth and development). A baby born within the normal range of weight for that gestational age is what we called as Appropriate for Gestational Age (AGA). While those born above or below this normal range i.e; AGA often show unusual rate of development. This often indicates complications with the pregnancy which may affect both the baby and its mother. The chance of a baby being born outside the normal range i.e; AGA could be influenced by their parents in different ways which are as follows:
2. Maternal Health (mother's health condition), particularly during the pregnancy
3. Environmental factors
Sometimes multiple births, where each baby is likely to be bornoutside of the AGA, could also increase the chance of another baby borning outside the normal range i.e; AGA.
Studies have shown that how a person's birth weight can affect his/her future life. This inlcudes obesity, diabetes and intelligence.
Obesity (a condition in which excess body fat accumulates to such an extent that health is be negatively affected)
Babies that have low birth weight have also an increased chance of developing Type 2 Diabetes (Diabetes Melitus) in their later part of life. Intelligence
According to some researchers, an increased birth mass could have direct link to an increased IQ (intelligence quotient). Researchers also found out some evidence of a link between a baby's birth mass and it's mother's risk of having Myocardial Infarction (a cardiovascular disease).
So folks if you want a healthy child it's better to care a lady during her pregnancy rather than after the delivery. Keep that in mind!
